Welcome to SkoolMotion. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SkoolMotion mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Skool Motion Inc. ("SkoolMotion," "we," "us," or "our").

Important: By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

The SkoolMotion name, logo, app, website, and all related content are the property of Skool Motion Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
